A great photo is a photo that you take with purpose. Dont just take photos of anything, take photos for a reason. I like to look for texture, contrast, shadows and colors when taking my photos
3. Q: WHAT INSPIRES YOU TO TAKE OUT YOUR CAMERA AND SHOOT?
NYC is filled with so many interesting and creative people. Living in nyc as a photographer is a dream and I take full advantage of it.
I love creating art and going out and shooting is almost like a therapy for me. It's calming.
7. Q: WHO ARE SOME OF YOUR DREAM CLIENTS?
6. Q: WHAT’S THE KEY TO A GREAT PHOTO?
8. Q: FINALLY, WHAT ARE SOME TIPS YOU WOULD GIVE TO OTHER YOUNG PHOTOGRAPHERS?
DON'T BE SCARED TO ASK STRANGERS TO TAKE THEIR PHOTO!! They're so many missed opportunities not going up and asking them to take someone's portrait. It is a scary thing to do but you have to overcome the fear to become a better photographer. And who knows… maybe this person is a celebrity, or a new friend!!

5. Q: WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR FAVOURITE THINGS ABOUT BEING A PHOTOGRAPHER IN NYC?
I would love to take photos for a skate brand. My dream would be to take photos for Supreme or Palace.
I'm not sure, I started taking photos around December of 2019 just for fun. I realized that I loved photography and really became serious about my art probably like the beginning of summer in June.
My name is Oscar and I am a 14 year old from Brooklyn New York. I like taking portraits of my friends and people on the street who catch my eye. I also do a lot of skate photography as I am a New York skater.
Bruce Gilden and Mark Cluster have really inspired my photography in different ways. Bruce Gilden takes amazing close up portraits of people and I absolutely LOVE his work. Mark Cluster is a local skate photographer that I have been watching for a while. He takes amazing skate photos and his photos really help me with new ideas and angles to take skate photos.
